يستعد فريق برشلونة الإسباني لبدء جولة جديدة من المفاوضات مع مانشستر سيتي الإنجليزي للتعاقد مع إريك جارسيا.

البارسا دخل في مفاوضات مع الفريق الإنجليزي طوال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الماضية، وحاول حتى اليوم الأخير للنافذة الصيفية، حسم الصفقة لصالحه.

لم يتمكن برشلونة من اقناع مانشستر سيتي بقبول عرضه في النافذة الصيفية لأنه لم يلبي طلباته المالية، حيث قدم عرضًا بـ10 ملايين يورو كمبلغ رئيسي، إلى جانب 8 ملايين يورو إضافية، وهو ما رفضه النادي الإنجليزي.

وبحسب صحيفة “سبورت” الإسبانية، برشلونة مستعد لدفع 8 ملايين يورو لمانشستر سيتي مقابل توقيع جارسيا في فترة الانتقالات الشتوية.

وينتهي عقد جارسيا مع السيتي بنهاية الموسم الجاري، وقد يفتح الفريق الإنجليزي الباب أمام رحيله في انتقالات يناير، حتى لا يغادر اللاعب مجانًا في الصيف.

وبداية من يناير، يحق لجارسيا التفاوض مع أي نادٍ، حيث أنه لم يجدد عقده مع مانشستر سيتي، ووافقت لجنة الإدارة التي تتولى شؤون النادي حاليًا بعد استقالة جوزيب ماريا بارتوميو، ضم المدافع الشاب وفقًا لرغبة رونالد كومان، المدير الفني للبلوجرانا.

يذكر أن جارسيا سبق ولعب لصفوف برشلونة قبل أن يغادر إلى مانشستر سيتي، ويتطلع المدافع الشاب الآن للعودة للكامب نو.

Manchester City have entered the race to sign Toby Alderweireld from Tottenham Hotspur this summer, according to TeamTalk.

The Belgium international has a £25million release clause in his contract and is seemingly poised to leave the club once the transfer window reopens.

What’s the word?

Manchester United have long been seen as favourites to land Alderweireld, according to the report.

But City have entered the race as they look to bolster their defence in the transfer window.

The report claims that the Premier League champions want a long-term partner for Aymeric Laporte, with Nicolas Otamendi and John Stones both failing to convince the club’s hierarchy. Vincent Kompany, too, is a constant injury doubt.

Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and PSG are also interested in signing Alderweireld.

But the Belgium international is said to be keen to stay in England.

United deal suits Spurs better

Pochettino needs a replacement to Alderweireld.

And TeamTalk claim that United remain confident of signing the Belgian, while Spurs could potentially return to Old Trafford to sign his successor.

Pochettino is said, per the report, to be keen on the potential signing of Ivory Coast international Eric Bailly.

Alderweireld’s departure will leave a major hole at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, so elite have his performances been.

Davinson Sanchez and Jan Vertonghen are likely to become Pochettino’s first-choice partnership in the 30-year-old’s stead, but Bailly would offer an excellent alternative.

Sending Alderweireld to Old Trafford would surely smooth that path over.

Daniel Levy, then, either needs to do business quickly before City’s interest becomes concrete or attempt to convince Alderweireld to move to Old Trafford instead of the Etihad.

It remains to be seen if that can be done, however.

It’s been a long time since Ajax have been at the forefront of the European football spotlight, and this season has shown just how brilliant the iconic Dutch side can be at times.

Erik ten Hag’s side have been the story of the Champions League this season, knocking out both Real Madrid and Juventus and looking on course to do the same against Tottenham in the semi-finals of the competition, and the club have been praised time and time again for their strategy of playing players from the academy and turning them into superstars, and one who has caught the eye is defender Matthijs de Ligt.

De Ligt has been a player who has long been in the spotlight for football fans since his breakout season with Ajax when the centre-back was just 16-years-old, and now the Dutch international is looking likely to leave his boyhood club this summer, and Liverpool have him on their radar.

According to Dean Jones of Bleacher Report back in March, Liverpool are keen on de Ligt should the defender not move to Barcelona this summer. Obviously, with international teammate Virgil van Dijk establishing himself as one of the best defenders in the world on Merseyside, the addition of the teenage superstar would complete Jurgen Klopp’s defence.

The prospect of Liverpool’s already watertight defence getting even better is something that sounds incredible for Reds fans and just plain unfair for everyone else, but with de Ligt stating in the past he enjoys playing with van Dijk it could be a real possibility, and Klopp would never have to worry about defending again.

The duo are impressive on the international stage for Holland, and on a domestic level, the centre-backs would continue to build a strong connection with each other and form one of the best defensive pairings in world football.

De Ligt has what it takes to be one of the best defenders in world football, and a move to Liverpool would be the perfect next step alongside his international partner van Dijk.

استقر مجلس إدارة نادي الزمالك، على موقف لاعبه المعار للاتحاد السكندري رزاق سيسيه، سواء بالعودة إلى القلعة البيضاء، أو الاستمرار في الإعارة.

رزاق سيسيه صاحب الـ21 عامًا يلعب ضمن صفوف الاتحاد السكندري على سبيل الإعارة من نادي الزمالك.

وكان مسؤولو الزمالك قد أبدوا رغبة في عودة اللاعب بداية الموسم المقبل، مع وجود رغبة أيضًا من الاتحاد السكندري باستمراره مع الفريق.

وأفاد مراسل “بطولات” أن نادي الزمالك أتم اتفاقه مع الاتحاد على استمرار رزاق سيسيه في صفوف الفريق السكندري لمدة موسم على سبيل الإعارة، بعد موافقة مجلس الإدارة.

وأشار إلى أنه تم استطلاع رأي البرتغالي جايمي باتشيكو المدير الفني للزمالك وبناءً عليه تم استمراره في صفوف الاتحاد.

ويستعد الزمالك في الوقت الحالي لمواجهة الأهلي في نهائي دوري أبطال إفريقيا المقرر لها 27 نوفمبر، على استاد برج العرب بالإسكندرية.

اندلعت أزمة جديدة بين البرازيلي نيمار دا سيلفا لاعب باريس سان جيرمان الفرنسي وناديه السابق برشلونة الإسباني.

وبحسب صحيفة “موندو ديبورتيفو” الإسبانية، استأنف محامو نيمار حكم المحكمة الاجتماعية رقم 15 في برشلونة الذي رفض مطالبة البرازيلي لـ برشلونة بدفع 43.6 مليون يورو.

ويدعي لاعب باريس سان جيرمان الآن إدانة نادي برشلونة بدفع 44 مليون “مكافأة توقيع” لتجديده الأخير، بالإضافة إلى الفائدة.

كما كشف برنامج “Qué t hi jugues” بإذاعة “كادينا سير” الإسبانية أنه يجب على محكمة العدل العليا في كاتالونيا حل النزاع.

في حكمها، أيدت المحكمة الاجتماعية جزءً كبيرًا من الطلب الذي قدمه برشلونة، معلنة أنه يتعين على اللاعب إعادة 6.7 مليون يورو إلى النادي.

ويعود هذا التقاضي إلى دعوى قضائية مزدوجة تتعلق بعلاوة التجديد التي وافق عليها لاعب برشلونة السابق مع النادي في صيف 2016 ، قبل عام من مغادرته إلى باريس سان جيرمان.

دفع نادي برشلونة لـ نيمار 14 مليون يورو لموسم 2016-2017، من بينها 26 مليون يروو أخرى معلقة على مدى السنوات الأربع الماضية.

من جانبه، طالب برشلونة بتعويض قدره 22.5 مليون يورو (20.75 دفعها من المكافأة الأولى بالإضافة إلى الفائدة)، مع العلم أن نيمار قد خرق العقد بمغادرة النادي الفرنسي.

وغادر نيمار صفوف برشلونة في صيف 2017 مقابل 222 مليون يورو، وهو قيمة الشرط الجزائي بعقده وانتقل إلى باريس سان جيرمان.

Unai Emery definitely understands the gravity of the rebuild required to get Arsenal back to former glories. If he doesn’t, there are more problems at the club than anyone could have possibly imagined. 

The financial advantage is minimal, as top brass will reportedly (as per the Daily Mail some time ago) only grant him a fairly limited transfer kitty to spend from. This means the Spaniard needs to work on intuition to sign heavily scouted players.

While he’s seemingly been chasing quite a few future prospects, the latest one seems one to watch out for. According to reports (via Yahoo), the Gunners are chasing Sao Paulo’s young sensation, Antony. The right-winger’s attracted quite the attention for his fantastic work in the Brazilian league, where he might’ve only made 3 appearances this season, but has already assisted twice.

As you’d imagine from a Brazilian prospect, Antony’s a really skilfull winger, with a style which infuses that of Arjen Robben and Riyad Mahrez. Obviously, two players of such stature are a long way off for him now, but this is the kind of potential we’re talking about. Indeed, the South American loves to put on a show with his trickery, while his burst of acceleration and creativity in the final third are big strengths.

Currently, the Gunners’ current (fairly) young winger Alex Iwobi continues to underperform, perhaps the Brazilian’s arrival can reignite his form. There’s no doubt that the Nigerian has shown flashes of improvement under Emery but there remains a frustrating inconsistency about his game.

Surely the arrival of another player in his position can help him up his game. Despite Arsenal’s fairly stocked frontline, there are few natural wide options in the squad and the competition for places can only be a good thing. Two birds with one stone and all that, right?

The 19-year-old’s a sparkling figure in attack, making him perfectly suited for Emery’s high-voltage attacking style. He can bring the wit and skills to bamboozle defenders but can work on his finishing along with overall creativity to become a menacing figure under the Spaniard.

The transfer window has only just opened for the summer, and Edwards is already looking well on course to cast his spells once again.

The Daily Mail have reported that Liverpool could obtain £100m by selling fringe players this summer, including the likes of Marko Grujic, Harry Wilson, Nathaniel Clyne and Simon Mignolet.

Interestingly, the Champions League finalists want £15m for Clyne, and £14m for Mignolet, whilst they would be open to £20m deals for both Wilson and Grujic should an offer arrive.

Youngsters Rafa Camacho, Ryan Kent, Taiwo Awoniyi, Sheyi Ojo and Ovie Ejaria have also been enquired about.

In total, all of the aforementioned players cost Liverpool just £27m: Grujic arrived for £5.1m, Clyne for £12.5m, Mignolet in a £9m deal, and Taiwo Awoniyi in a transfer worth £4o0,000. The rest are academy graduates.

Realistically, all of those players will probably be snapped up, and most certainly won’t be short of suitors given their talent.

Should Edwards successfully sell the aforementioned players, he will have turned £27m into almost £100m, and in doing so continued his fine form in obtaining the maximum fees for players no longer needed by Liverpool.

We’ve seen Guardiola do this before.

After the Manchester derby win last month, Guardiola confronted Sterling to warn him against showboating, despite the impressive victory that edged his side closer to the title.

We’ve also seen him do it to German international Joshua Kimmich whilst at Bayern, and also to a player on the opposing team in Nathan Redmond when Southampton took on City in the 2017/18 campaign.

Guardiola is an obsessive man hell-bent on his players getting every detail right, and you get the feeling that he certainly won’t let them rest on their laurels over the summer as he prepares them for next season.
