أكد محمد صلاح مدرب الزمالك السابق، ضرورة مساندة الدولة المصرية للقلعة البيضاء، من أجل الخروج من الأزمة الحالية التي يمر بها.

ويمر نادي الزمالك بمرحلة انتقالية، حيث يترأس القلعة البيضاء لجنة ثلاثية مُعينة من قبل مديرية الشباب والرياضة، بعد استقالة المجلس السابق، وتواجه النادي عدة أزمات مالية وإدارية في الوقت الحالي.

وقال صلاح في تصريحات عبر برنامج “بوكس تو بوكس”، على قناة “etc”: “جميع اللاعبين في مختلف الألعاب الرياضية تحملوا ظروف النادي المالية في الفترة الأخيرة، يجب مساندة ودعم الزمالك، وأن يتدخل مسئولي الدولة لإنقاذ النادي حتى يعود الاستقرار بعد الانتخابات المُقبلة”.

وتابع: “المجلس القادم سيجد ظروفًا صعبة للغاية، والانتخابات ستكون شرسة، أتوسل لرجال الدولة لوضع حلول لأزمات الزمالك حاليًا، وأتمنى أن يتم رفع الحجز عن حسابات النادي”.

وأضاف: “الكرة حاليًا في ملعب الجمعية العمومية، لابد أن يتم اختيار الأفضل لقيادة النادي، بعيدًا عن المصالح، سمعت أسماء كثيرة لا أحد يعرف عنها شيء تنوي الترشح، وأناشد باختيار الأصلح لقيادة القلعة البيضاء”.

واختتم: “أي شخص سيعمل لنادي الزمالك يجب أن يعلم أن العمل لمصلحة النادي حاليًا هو الأهم بعيدًا عن (الشو)، والزمالك يسير على الطريق الصحيح لإنهاء الأزمات الحالية”.

تحدث البرتغالي روي فيتوريا المدير الفني لمنتخب مصر، عن خروج لاعبي الأهلي من معسكر الفراعنة الذي أقيم خلال شهر سبتمبر الجاري، بينما تونس وجنوب إفريقيا رفضا التخلي عن علي معلول وبيرسي تاو.

وخاض منتخب مصر معسكراً في شهر سبتمبر الحالي، ولعب مباراتين الأولي أمام إثيوبيا في الجولة الأخيرة من تصفيات كأس أمم إفريقيا وفاز بهدف دون رد.

والمواجهة الثانية، كانت ودية أمام تونس اليوم الثلاثاء، وخسر المنتخب المصري بثلاثة أهداف مقابل هدف.

وقال فيتوريا خلال تصريحات في المؤتمر الصحفي بعد المباراة: “هناك في مصر من كان ينتظرهزيمتنا، المفترض أن أخوض المعسكر في 10 أيام بكل اللاعبين الذين أحتاجهم، ووقتها أكسب أو أخسر سيكون أمرًا خاصًا بي”.

وأضاف: “تونس لعبت وكأنها مباراة نهائية، هل الأندية سعيدة الأن؟! ولكن أنا حزين واللاعبين كذلك”.

وتابع: “من حقي أن استفيد بكل اللاعبين خلال مباريات منتخب مصر في أي وقت”.

وبسؤال فيتوريا لماذا ترك لاعبي الأهلي في حين رفضت تونس ترك معلول وجنوب افريقيا ترك تاو، أجاب: “(كويس إن السؤال ده الناس واخدة بالها منه)”.

وأكمل: “لم أخض أي معسكر لمنتخب مصر بأريحية، في كل معسكر يوجد شيئ، أحتاج أن أعمل في هدوء، اللاعب معي لم يكن في كامل تركيزه بسبب مباريات فريقه”.

وواصل: “عندما كنت متواجدًا في بنفيكا كان لدي لاعبون من البرازيل والأرجنتين، ومع ذلك كنت أترك اللاعبين، وأخوض المران بـ 4 أو 5 لاعبين ولكن أنا أحترم التوقفات، واللاعبون كانوا يحضرون بطائرات على المباريات مباشرة”.

ورداً على سؤال لماذا انخفضت رغبة لاعبي مصر في الفوز أمام تونس؟، قال: “هل من يقول ذلك شاهد المباراة؟! هل كنا نلعب مثلا أمام 8 لاعبين فقط أو حوائط بلاستيكية!!، الرغبة كانت موجودة واستقبال الهدفين أثر علينا، ولكن من يقول ذلك عليه أن يخجل من نفسه، أنا فخور باللاعب المصري”.

شهدت الفترة الأخيرة أزمة بين منتخب مصر والنادي الأهلي، بخصوص اللاعبين المنضمين من صفوف الأحمر إلى معسكر الفراعنة.

وتم حل تلك الأزمة بعد اتفاق خالد بيبو مدير الكرة بالأهلي مع حازم إمام عضو اتحاد الكرة المصري والمشرف على منتخب مصر بخروج رباعي الأهلي محمد الشناوي ومحمد عبد المنعم ومحمد هاني ومروان عطية، من المعسكر بعد مباراة إثيوبيا الماضية وإعفائهم من لقاء تونس.

Leicestershire beat Durham by three wickets with one ball to spare in a low-scoring thriller in the T20 Blast North Group clash at Grace Road.The Foxes looked set for a comfortable win when they restricted Durham to 117 for 9 after putting them into bat on a slow-paced pitch. But they found scoring just as difficult and it took an unbeaten eighth wicket stand of 30 between Matt Boyce and Jigar Naik to see them to victory.Boyce was the top scorer in the match with 46 off 42 balls and deservedly struck the winning boundary off the penultimate ball of the last over bowled by Chris Rushworth.Having stumbled to 90 for 7, Leicestershire needed 21 off the last two overs and Naik put them on course for victory by clubbing Mark Wood for a straight six followed by a top-edged four over the wicket-keeper. The over cost 15 runs and after four singles off Rushworth’s final over Boyce pulled the fifth delivery to the square-leg boundary.Graham Onions caused the early damage to Leicestershire’s innings, claiming 3 for 15 runs in his four overs. تصريحات إنريكي جاءت بعد فوز باريس سان جيرمان على بوروسيا دورتموند، مساء أمس، في دوري أبطال أوروبا.

واستضاف ملعب “حديقة الأمراء” مباراة الفريقين في إطار منافسات الجولة الأولى من دور مجموعات البطولة، حيث فاز باريس سان جيرمان بهدفين دون رد.

وتمكن كيليان مبابي من تسجيل الهدف الأول لـ باريس سان جيرمان، من ضربة جزاء، قبل أن يحرز المغربي أشرف حكيمي الهدف الثاني.

وقال إنريكي في تصريحات نشرتها صحيفة “ليكيب” الفرنسية: “بالنسبة لي كيليان مبابي هو أفضل لاعب في العالم، لكن ما أدهشني أكثر من صفاته الفنية هو جودته الإنسانية”.

وأضاف: “إنه لمن دواعي سروري وجوده في غرفة خلع الملابس، فهو قائد يبتسم دائمًا”.

وعن المباراة، قال إنريكي: “لقد أعجبني كل شئ تقريبًا في اللقاء، شدتنا منذ البداية، والسرعة والسيطرة على المباراة لمدة 75 دقيقة، تلك المباراة تعزز أفكارنا، نحن سعداء جميعًا، إنها أمسية مثالية تقريبًا بالنسبة لي”.

وأكد: “ركزنا على لعب مباراتنا، والاستحواذ على الكرة والضغط العالي لاستعادة الكرة سريعًا، كنا جيدين جدًا، لم يكن لديهم القدرة على الهجوم”.

وأردف: “بوروسيا دورتموند فريق قوي بدنيًا ويدافع بشكل جيد، لكن في الشوط الأول سنحت لنا بعض الفرص التي كدنا أن نسجل من خلالها”.

وتابع: “أشرف حكيمي؟ إنه لاعب كبير، يجلب طاقة فريدة، لديه أشياء يتعين عليه تحسينها، سنساعده، إنه لمن دواعي سروري أن يكون لديك لاعب بهذه الجودة، ورؤيته يتطور، ويبذل الكثير من الجهد”.

The MCC has admitted to “a genuine mistake” after a member of the Lord’s ground staff was shown sliding his feet on a good length during the lunch break on the third day of the second Investec Test between England and India.Shane Doherty, an experienced member of the MCC team who has worked on several international games over the last few years, had been asked to sweep dust off the pitch at the interval.To do so, he should have stood to the side of the pitch and ensured he in no way interfered with the playing area. Instead he was captured by television cameras walking – you might even say dragging his foot – on a good length as he worked. Such activity could, in theory, create scuff marks on the pitch and provide extra assistance for the bowlers.It is understood another member of the groundstaff alerted Doherty to his error.MCC took to Twitter to issue an apology and some reassuring words. A statement read: “MCC admits a genuine, honest mistake, and there was no intent to damage the pitch.””Maybe he has had a bit too much sun,” the head groundsman, Mick Hunt, said with a rueful shake of his head.While conspiracy theorists might suggest it was relevant that India started their second innings minutes before the lunch interval, it is important to remember that England are to bat last on the pitch.While the heavy roller will be used before the fourth innings, any damage or wear on the pitch at this stage will only become more pronounced as the game progresses. Doherty was also wearing light shoes with little grip and without any studs or spikes.The episode might have caused little interest in normal circumstances – there is very little chance of the pitch condition having been altered by the groundsman’s shoes – but was given extra oxygen by the intervention of Kevin Pietersen who posted a brief video online.The ostracised player, who recently represented the Rest of the World in the anniversary game to celebrate the present Lord’s 200th year, wrote “UNBELIEVABLE” in capital letters on his Twitter page with seven exclamation marks just to underline his lack of belief in what he had seen.Another tweet from Pietersen stated: “I cannot believe what I’ve just seen from one of the groundstaff!”With nearly two million Twitter followers, Pietersen’s interest ensured the matter received a great deal more attention.

Jim Troughton, the Warwickshire captain, has been forced to retire from cricket at the age of 35 due to a persistent back injury.Troughton progressed through every stage of the youth scheme at Warwickshire and, after making his first-class debut in 2001 and winning his county cap in 2002, he played six times for England’s new-look ODI side under fledgling captain Michael Vaughan in 2003.But it was near the end of his career that he enjoyed his finest moments as a cricketer. Having been promoted to captain the club he had represented from Under-11s onwards at the end of 2010, he led Warwickshire to the brink of the County Championship title in 2011 before winning it in 2012.Even then, however, his back was causing him discomfort. He missed more than half the 2013 season and underwent surgery in early 2014 to remove a bone spur and had only featured in two Championship matches this season. The decision to retire prematurely has been feared as inevitable for some months.”After what has been difficult 14 months dealing with back problems, I am devastated to have to concede that my playing days are over,” Troughton said. “I simply am no longer able to do myself justice and after much deliberation and consultation with the club’s medical team, my surgeon, family and close friends, I have to accept that I can no longer train and perform to the level required to fulfil my duties as a first-class cricketer and club captain.”Warwickshire has been my life and I feel privileged to have been associated with such a fantastic club. I have been lucky to have played alongside so many amazing players and coaches, who I will regard as friends for life. Captaining Warwickshire has been the proudest achievement of my career.”I know that I will now have to step back from what is a very talented and motivated group of players but I wish them all the best for the rest of the season and for the future.”Troughton was, in retrospect, burned by his early elevation to the England team. After thriving in the early stages of his first-class career, he was picked for the limited-overs format in which he had shown little aptitude. Prone to over-thinking his batting, perhaps due to some trouble against the short ball, he was never quite so free-flowing a player again.But if Troughton was never able to demonstrate his ability at international level – his top score from the six games was just 20 – he was a hugely valuable player for his county. Among his other career highlights were winner’s medals from the Benson and Hedges Cup in 2002, the County Championship in 2004 and the Clydesdale Bank 40 in 2010. A fine fielder at point and as quick as a whippet between the wickets, he scored 19 first-class centuries and averaged almost 36.It was his selfless captaincy that stood out, though. While Ashley Giles, the club’s director of cricket at the time, deservedly gained many plaudits for Warwickshire’s Championship success in 2012, it was Troughton who the team credited for lifting the side in dark times, calming it in success and building a spirit that saw them through the setbacks. Even after making only 50 runs in his first nine innings of the campaign, Troughton remained cheerful and positive and recovered his form towards the end of the season.”Jim has been a model professional, having won multiple trophies, leading the club to a County Championship title and setting outstanding standards, on and off the field, for young cricketers to follow,” Dougie Brown, Warwickshire’s director of cricket, said.”Whilst we’re very sad that he has to retire in this way, all members of the playing and coaching team are very proud at what he has achieved in the professional game. It has been a pleasure to work and play alongside him and as a Championship-winning skipper he will always have a special place in the history of the club.”
